Full Registration (includes golf, all meals, drinks and Chapter meeting): $235 per player
Chapter Meeting and Dinner $85 per person
Hole Sponsorship: Individuals or Companies may sponsor a hole for $200.
A sign displaying your name or company name will appear on one tee box.
Registration check in desk opens at 10:30am
Practice range opens at 10:30 am
Lunch to be served at 11:30 am
Shotgun Start at 12:30 pm
Cocktail Reception at 5:15pm
Dinner, Awards and Announcements at 5:45pm
Donations for door prizes and giveaways are welcome
and donors will be recognized.
Please indicate foursome preference.
All unassigned players will be placed in a foursome,
unless you specify with whom you'd like to be paired when you register.
Meadowbrook Country Club has a mandatory soft spike requirement,
If you do not have soft spikes on your golf shoes, the club will provide them for you.
Golf club rentals are available for $25.00 per person.
Cancellation policy: All Golf Cancellations must be received by email no later than Friday, April 25th, at 12 noon. Tee Box signs and sponsorships may not be cancelled.
The registration deadline is Friday, April 25th, at noon.
